Who I am

I’m a Functional Health Expert, Life Coach, Author, Speaker, and Entrepreneur dedicated to helping people and organisations achieve lasting wellbeing. For over 14 years, I’ve worked with clients to empower their life, health and career by addressing the root — combining science-backed micro-habits, whole-person health, and practical strategies that fit real life.

My work began with my own health challenges. In my late twenties, I was diagnosed with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and insulin resistance. Through research, targeted lifestyle changes, and functional health approaches, I restored my health and energy — and went on to have three children naturally.

Even though I was on a different trajectory with a Master’s Degree from business school, that transformation inspired me to train as a licensed acupuncturist, life coach, and trauma therapist, and to deepen my studies in neuroscience, functional medicine, and behavioural science. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients reclaim their health, purpose, and vitality.

Today, I work across three main areas:

  • Individuals: Through my clinic, I offer personalised programmes that combine functional health, nervous system regulation, and coaching to create sustainable change.

  • Organisations: As co-founder of well at work, I deliver data-driven wellbeing programmes and leadership training that measurably improve engagement, retention, and performance.

  • The 1-Minute Method: My upcoming book and app make it easy for anyone to build healthier habits with just one minute at a time — grounded in science and designed for real life.

I’m passionate about sharing evidence-based wellbeing strategies on stage, helping audiences understand the science behind small daily actions — and how they can transform health, focus, and resilience.

My vision is simple: make lasting wellbeing accessible, practical, and achievable for everyone, no matter how busy life gets.
